WAP France

The Magic Casinos Jackpot in France is a progressive multisite jackpot implemented and administered by SPIELO International’s Casino Systems in almost 100 casinos across France, including major casino groups Lucien Barrière, Joagroupe, Tranchant, Emeraude, Cogit, and 24 independent casinos. It is one of the biggest Wide Area Progressive (WAP) systems in the world.

We have unrivalled experience in WAP jackpots in 16 countries worldwide, and we offer a complete WAP solution including machines, the system, and secure administration services.

The SPIELO International team works with casino operators to develop the best suitable WAP solution for their market, which includes attractive game titles, a special WAP mathematic model, and the technology to control and administrate the WAP through SPIELO International’s Systems Division. We administer the jackpot centrally to enforce the jackpot regulations, with strict monitoring of the casinos using multi-casino web-based application and tools.

Emmanuel Bullich, Director of Professional Services for SPIELO International Casino Systems, described the huge implementation challenges involved in installing the Magic Casinos WAP across France: “The Jackpot had to start at the same time in each of the participating casinos. We therefore had to install all casinos simultaneously within a two and a half week period, and in order to achieve this there were eight teams working in parallel.”

Emmanuel continued, “We have developed several alarms and automatic reports so that everything is under our control with a secure backup system to ensure complete reliability.”
